Jussie Smollet Gets Charged
Empire star Jussie Smollet has now been indicted for falsely filing a police report for his assault. Variety is reporting that Jussie is facing one to three in prison if gets charged with a felony.
“Empire” actor Jussie Smollett has been charged with filing a false police report, the Chicago police said Wednesday. Police said earlier that they were presenting evidence to a grand jury. Smollett could face one to three years in prison if convicted of the felony charge, though he could also be sentenced to probation"
