Wait, what? This cannot be true!

What the hell - can anyone confirm this as true? I just heard a mad rumor that Abercrombie and Fitch - the American preppy store from my nightmares makes their employees do physical exercise if they mess up!
For any mistakes made, the company insist that the employees do ten press ups. According to management this helps the employees learn from their mistakes and helps them to acquire the bodies they need to work there. WHAT!?!??!?!?!?!?

This cannot be true.....
